Postage and packaging charges include insurance up to £39. If your order total is above that amount, please use special delivery, standard parcels or airsure options. If you have any questions about p & p, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. We will advise you on the cheapest delivery option.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery is Royal Mail first class and takes 1 to 3 working days. There is no tracking with this service. Compensation is £39 maximum.
Special delivery is Royal Mail and normally takes 1 day. There is tracking with this service. Compensation is £500 maximum.
Standard parcels is normally used for bulky or heavy items, or where insurance is required over £39 at a reasonable cost. This takes around 3 to 5 working days. There is no tracking with this service. Compensation is £500 maximum.
Airmail takes 3 to 5 working days. There is no tracking with this service. Compensation is £39 maximum.
Airsure takes 3 to 5 working days. There is tracking with this service. Compensation is £500 maximum.
Airsure is not available to all countries. In the event that your country does not have Airsure, then the item will be sent by International Signed-for (recorded) delivery.
We try, where possible, to recycle our packing materials. Please do not be disappointed if your item is delivered in previously used packaging.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, based on the postal service you have chosen, please contact us. We will advise you what to do next. We do not refund money for non-delivered packages. We will send replacement parts.
