Returns will only be accepted if an item is faulty. Please make sure that you order the correct part for your machine. We have tried to indicate the correct model and year for each part, but we are only human and we make mistakes! So please double-check the part number BEFORE ordering. If you are not sure, please contact us before you order.
In the unlikely event that you have to return an item, you MUST use a traceable service, such as recorded delivery or special delivery. We cannot issue refunds for parts that don't come back!
Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original, undamaged, unmarked packaging. Failure to do so will result in a returns charge of at least 20%, dependent on the item and condition of the original packaging.
