Postage & Packaging

We will endeavor to post your item the next working day after receiving your order. However, it may, on occasions take up to three days. We will send you an email on the day of dispatch. If you need an item urgently, please email us.

Postage is calculated automatically on the total weight of your order (including packaging), the country you live in and the delivery type. But don’t worry, all this is done automatically for you. Before you place your order, you can view your basket, select the country you are in and you will see the various postage options available, along with the cost.

If you are outside the EU, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility – Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Royal Mail first class – delivery in 1 to 2 days.

Up to 1.5 kg – £ 4.49
Up to 2.0 kg – £ 5.99
Up to 4.0 kg – £14.99

Special Delivery – delivery in 1 day, fully tracked.

Up to 2.0 kg – £ 7.99
Up to 10.0 kg – £19.99


If you choose Royal Mail first class and your order is over £99, you will only receive goods up to the retail value of £99 (inc VAT) if your order is lost by the delivery service.


Royal Mail first class takes 1 to 2 working days. There is no compensation with this service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery takes 1 day. There is tracking with this service. Compensation is £500 maximum. Please note that Special Delivery is not guaranteed on Saturdays. If we dispatch by SD on Friday, it may arrive on Saturday or Monday.

A courier firm is normally used for heavy and/or bulky items. This takes around 2 to 3 working days. Compensation is £250 maximum.

International shipping takes 3 to 10 working days. There is tracking with this service. Compensation is £250 maximum.

We try, where possible, to recycle our packing materials. Please do not be disappointed if your item is delivered in previously used packaging.

If you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, based on the postal service you have chosen, please contact us. We will advise you what to do next. We do not refund money for non-delivered packages. We will send replacement parts. In any event, you must report the non-delivery of a package within 30 days.

The time limit for claims of non-delivery is 30 days from the date of the order.
