Please make sure that you order the correct part for your machine, as this will reduce the need for returns. We have tried to indicate the correct model and year for each part, but we are only human and we make mistakes! So please double-check the part number BEFORE ordering. If you are not sure, please contact us before you order.
In the unlikely event that you have to return an item, you MUST use a traceable service, such as signed-for or other recorded delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for parts that don’t come back! You must contact us within 14 days if you wish to return an item. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please contact us first, before you send the item back. We may be able to sort out your problem straight away. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened, unmarked packaging. Failure to do so will result in a returns charge of at least 20%, dependent on the item and condition of the original packaging.
